Booking & Payments

  • Bookings are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit has been made

  • Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Cash is preferred

Appointment Preparation

To ensure a smooth and flawless experience, please:

  • Have all scarves ironed and laying flat, ready for styling

  • Complete your makeup before your hijab styling

  • Wear your outfit or dress before your hijab is styled to achieve the best final result

  • Note that prices do not include scarves or undercaps, these must be provided unless discussed otherwise

Policies

  • Deposits are required for all in-house and travel appointments to secure your booking

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment

  • Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours can be rescheduled

  • A late fee will apply after 10 minutes, unless otherwise waived at my discretion.

  • Appointments may be cancelled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.

Pricing & Discounts

  • Prices are set with consideration of my time, skill, travel, and experience

  • Discount requests will not be accepted unless a specific offer is advertised

  • Please respect that my pricing reflects both the quality of service and preparation involved in your experience

Photography & Content

  • By attending your appointment, you are consenting to photos/videos being taken for content and marketing purposes

  • If you’d prefer not to be recorded or posted, please communicate this before or during the session

  • If I attend your event and you request content not to be posted, I may still share content taken for branding purposes

To secure your hijab styling appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required and will be collected during booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment, with cash as the preferred payment method.

What should I prepare before my hijab styling session?

To ensure a smooth styling experience:

• Please iron and hang your scarves (do not fold)

• Complete your makeup before your scheduled time

• Wear your full outfit or dress beforehand

• Bring your own scarves and undercaps (these are not provided unless purchased separately)

Can I cancel or reschedule my hijab styling appointment?

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable.

• You may reschedule your appointment if you notify us earlier than 48 hours before your booking.

Do you provide scarves or accessories for hijab styling?

Clients must bring their own scarves and undercaps. However, we also offer a curated selection of scarves and modest fashion accessories available here at The Veiled Stylist.
